Code of Conduct

At OwnPlay, we are committed to providing a fair, secure, and welcoming gameplay experience for all of our players. In order to make sure that CityVerse Tycoon is sustainable over time, it’s vital that players can trust that the gameplay and player-driven economy are fair.

Players are expected to engage in fair play and treat all others with respect. Any form of cheating, abuse, hacking, phishing, exploiting, harassment, bullying or exploitation will not be tolerated. Hate speech, racism, and discrimination of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Any conduct that violates these guidelines or any activity deemed harmful to the CityVerse Tycoon game, economy, or community will be penalized, up to and including the banning of accounts.

If you encounter any issues or suspect unfair behavior, please report it through our support portal.
