Though Renters don't own buildings, they can engage with properties owned by other players. By developing and increasing the value of buildings owned by others, Renters earn rewards and put themselves in a position to own buildings of their own. However, as a Renter, you must share your income with your landlord. To receive 100% of your income without sharing with anyone, you need to become an Owner in the game. At any time, you can choose to become an Owner by purchasing your own building, which brings you greater rewards and increased earnings.
Players can become Owners either by purchasing buildings in-game, or by bringing a building into the game from their digital wallet. As an Owner, your main objective is to enhance your property, increasing its value and benefits. The more buildings you own, the greater your rewards, setting you on the path to becoming a Landlord.
A future update will introduce the Landlord role. Players who are building Owners and meet certain requirements will have the opportunity to become Landlords, which will present new opportunities to manage their buildings strategically to maximize rewards. As a Landlord, you will benefit from rental income as Renters upgrade your buildings. Stay tuned for more details!
